How it's done
Before demolition we check what's inside and what runs overhead — power, sheet metal, old panels. We take it down from the top, not by pushing from the side, when there's something nearby that could get damaged. Old foundations come out in the same go if the lot will be built on again.
When we say no
We don't demolish a structure attached to someone else's building without talking to the neighbor and getting clarity on the shared wall.
What to know afterward
If new construction is planned, tell us in advance — pulling foundations a month later means the machine comes out a second time.
