Effective October 1, 2026
This policy explains what personal data DIA Stroy collects, why, and how long it keeps it. In short: the site does not track its visitors. We only get data when you call us or write to us.
Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is DIA Cleaning EOOD, UIC 208309431, registered in Veliko Tarnovo, address 13 Mir St. DIA Stroy is the trade name under which the company offers excavation and earthworks.
For any questions about this policy or your data, call 089 445 6486 or write to us at the address above.
What the site collects
The site has no forms, takes no comments and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not set cookies on visitors. Only Cloudflare may set a technical cookie if it needs to check that a visit is not from a bot — it is used only to protect the site.
Like any website, the server it runs on records technical information about each visit — IP address, browser type, the page visited and the time. These records are made by the hosting provider and by Cloudflare, which the site runs through, and they serve the site's security and operation. We do not use them to identify visitors.
The site's fonts and images load from our own server, not from outside services.
What we collect when you contact us
When you call us, write to us or send us photos for a site visit, we receive:
- your name and phone number, so we can call you back;
- the property address and a description of the job, so we can visit and quote;
- photos of the site, if you send them yourself;
- invoice details, if you hire us for the job.
We use this data only for the site visit, the quote, doing the job and invoicing. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or pass it to anyone else, except in the cases below.
Legal basis
- Preparing and performing a contract — when you ask for a site visit or quote, or hire us for a job.
- Legal obligation — accounting and tax records.
- Legitimate interest — site security (the technical records above).
How long we keep data
- Inquiries that did not lead to a job — up to 12 months.
- Data on a completed job — for as long as the warranty period or the possibility of contract claims lasts.
- Accounting records — 10 years, as required by the Accountancy Act.
- Technical server records — according to the retention periods of the hosting provider and Cloudflare.
Who we share data with
Only those we cannot do the work without: the company's accountant, the site's hosting provider and Cloudflare. Cloudflare is a U.S. company certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. When the law requires it, we provide data to government authorities.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for:
- access to the data we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- deletion of your data when it is no longer needed or you withdraw your consent;
- restriction of processing, or to object to it;
- your data in a portable format.
We reply within one month. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection — 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
Changes
If we start using a contact form, analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy before turning them on and change the date at the top.
