How it's done
We work on advance booking, not on a call at six in the morning. Clients with a seasonal agreement get priority in heavy snow, because there's only one machine with a blade.
When we say no
We don't clear ground when we don't know what's under the snow. A curb or a manhole cover wrecks a blade.
What to know afterward
Book before the season. The day after a big snowfall everyone is looking for a machine at once.
